Publicis Groupe España is seeking a passionate SEM Specialist to join our team. You will support planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of SEM campaigns for multiple clients within Publicis Media agencies.

You will research keywords, build campaign structures, manage ads and bidding, and analyze performance to drive client objectives. A strong analytical mindset and English proficiency are desirable for collaboration across global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance measurement.
• Familiarity with bid management and optimization tool Search Ads 360.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English (B2-C1) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and OpenAI when available.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Create, manage, and update campaign structures, ads, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations based on KPIs and client objectives.
• Support reporting and performance analysis through web analytics and media platforms.
• Work with tracking, attribution, and measurement tools to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with business goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and SEM best practices.
