Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Scientific Communications Project Manager – Publication Manager, HOME BASED in Spain. You will oversee tactical and operational plans for creating and reviewing scientific assets, coordinate with agencies, manage timelines and budgets, and train stakeholders on platforms and processes.

The role requires a science background, master’s in a relevant field, strong project management, and 3+ years in pharmaceutical/scientific operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science-related fields.
• Master’s degree in a scientific field with operations/project management focus preferred.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• 3+ years’ experience in scientific/medical asset creation in Pharma/Biotech.
• 3+ years in Medical/Scientific Operations Management in Big Pharma or agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tactical and operational plans for creation/review of scientific/medical assets.
• Coordinate with agencies, track timelines, monitor budgets and stakeholder progress.
• Develop processes, guidelines, workflows, metrics and reports to improve asset creation/review.
• Train and be point of contact for internal/external stakeholders on platforms and processes.
• Stay updated with company innovation strategies and support local implementation.
