Intellias seeks a Salesforce and Certinia PSA specialist to join our client’s enterprise team. You will develop, customize, and support solutions across Salesforce and Certinia PSA, working with distributed teams in international markets.

Design, develop, test, and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and REST API integrations. Collaborate on Azure-based services, CI/CD, and Agile SAFe practices to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of application development experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end Certinia PSA process and data model.
• Knowledge of Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
• Practical experience with Salesforce APIs and web services.
• Experience creating or maintaining Salesforce permission sets, custom objects, and platform configurations.
• Experience working with Salesforce managed packages and external systems.
• Experience working with databases and writing complex queries for investigation and troubleshooting.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, or comparable source-control systems.
• Experience delivering solutions in an Agile and CI/CD environment.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and software engineering practices.
• Availability to work shifted hours, either 10:00 to 19:00 CET or 11:00 to 20:00 CET, with approximately four hours of daily overlap with US Central Time.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM functionality.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• DevOps or CI/CD experience.
• Previous development experience with Java or .NET.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience working with multiple Salesforce instances.
• Familiarity with the Agile SAFe framework.

• Experience working with several interconnected Salesforce or PSA teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, customise, and support solutions built on Salesforce and Certinia PSA.
• Analyse existing functionality and deliver enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customisations.
• Analyse integration flows between Salesforce, Certinia, and upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
• Design, build, and support REST API integrations, including environments where MuleSoft is not used.
• Work with Microsoft Azure-based systems and services within the broader integration landscape.
• Analyse data and write complex database queries for development, investigation, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in application architecture planning and help identify scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and guide the team towards consistent coding and quality standards.
• Develop test plans and help ensure compliance with software quality assurance standards.
• Participate in technical discussions, testing, deployment, release activities, and production support.
• Provide regular status updates to the Agile team, product owners, and product managers.
• Deliver assigned projects and tasks on time while honouring commitments to stakeholders.
