Intellias seeks an experienced Salesforce/Certinia developer to join a global delivery team. You will design, build, and optimize solutions across Salesforce, Certinia PSA, and integrations with Azure-based services.

You’ll work in an Agile/SAFe environment, implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and ensure scalable, maintainable architectures while aligning with business needs and performance targets.

Formación

• 5+ years of application development experience with enterprise-scale systems.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Deep understanding of Certinia PSA lifecycle, architecture, data model, and processes.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, customise, and support Salesforce and Certinia PSA solutions.
• Analyse existing functionality and deliver enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Apex code and Lightning components.

Our client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider serving business, government, education, and healthcare customers in several international markets. The project involves supporting and enhancing a mature Salesforce and Certinia PSA ecosystem used by distributed teams across the United States and Canada. The platform supports professional services operations and integrates with multiple upstream and downstream enterprise systems. The technology landscape includes Salesforce, Certinia PSA, Certinia CPQ, Apex, REST APIs, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and databases.

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end Certinia PSA lifecycle, architecture, processes, and data model.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce permission sets, custom objects, and other platform configurations.
• Experience working with Salesforce managed packages and external systems.
• Experience working with databases and writing complex queries for investigation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with source-control systems such as Azure DevOps and Git.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies in a CI/CD environment.
• Strong organisational, planning, and creative problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Availability to work shifted hours, either 10:00 to 19:00 CET or 11:00 to 20:00 CET, with approximately four hours of daily overlap with US Central Time.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM functionality.
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multiple instances.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure integrations and services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Previous development experience with Java or .NET.
• Experience working within the Agile SAFe framework.
• Experience optimising and tuning Salesforce solutions to meet performance requirements.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment with several interconnected Salesforce and PSA teams.
• Salesforce or Certinia certifications.
• Develop, customise, and support solutions built on Salesforce and Certinia PSA.

• Work with Microsoft Azure-based systems and services within the broader integration landscape.
• Analyse data and write complex database queries for development, investigation, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in application architecture planning and help identify scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and guide the team towards consistent coding and quality standards.
• Develop test plans and help ensure compliance with software quality assurance standards.
• Participate in technical discussions, testing, deployment, release activities, and production support.
• Provide regular status updates to the Agile team, product owners, and product managers.
• Deliver assigned projects and tasks on time while honouring commitments to stakeholders.
