Intellias seeks a seasoned Salesforce/Certinia developer to join a cross‑functional team supporting a mature PSA ecosystem used by distributed teams in the US and Canada. You will architect, implement, test, and optimize integrations, APIs, and data flows, leveraging Apex, LWC, and REST services in a CI/CD environment.

The role requires strong DevOps capabilities, extensive Salesforce experience, and the ability to work with multiple instances.

Formación

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Deep understanding of Certinia PSA lifecycle, architecture, processes, and data model.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience creating Salesforce permission sets, custom objects, and platform configurations.
• Experience with Salesforce managed packages and external systems.
• Experience with databases and complex queries for investigation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with source-control systems such as Azure DevOps and Git.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies in a CI/CD environment.
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Availability to work shifted hours (10:00–19:00 CET or 11:00–20:00 CET) with ~4h overlap with US Central Time.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM functionality.
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple instances.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure integrations and services.
• Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Previous development experience with Java or .NET.
• Experience working within the Agile SAFe framework.
• Experience optimising Salesforce solutions for performance.
• Experience in enterprise environments with interconnected Salesforce and PSA teams.
• Salesforce or Certinia certifications.
• Develop, customise, and support Salesforce and Certinia PSA solutions.
• Analyse existing functionality and deliver ecosystem enhancements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Apex code, LWC, and other Salesforce customisations.
• Analyse integration flows between Salesforce, Certinia, and upstream/downstream systems.
• Design, build, and support REST API integrations (MuleSoft optional).
• Work with Azure-based systems within the integration landscape.
• Analyse data and write complex database queries for development and troubleshooting.
• Participate in architecture planning to identify scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote coding quality.
• Develop test plans and ensure QA standards.
• Participate in discussions, testing, deployment, releases, and production support.
• Provide status updates to Agile team, product owners, and managers.
• Deliver projects on time while honouring commitments to stakeholders.

The project involves supporting and enhancing a mature Salesforce and Certinia PSA ecosystem used by distributed teams across the United States and Canada. The technology landscape includes Salesforce, Certinia PSA, Certinia CPQ, Apex, REST APIs, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and databases.
