Domestiko.Com is seeking a Route and Logistics Planner for its Goods Transport division. This fully remote position allows you to contribute from anywhere in Spain while focusing on designing and optimizing routes.

You will leverage routing software, GPS data, and TMS to create efficient delivery sequences, monitor progress, and adjust plans in real time. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Spanish transport regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics planning or route optimization.
• Proficiency with route planning software and TMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of logistics operations and freight transport.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Spanish transportation laws.
• High school diploma; logistics degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly routes.
• Use routing software and GPS to optimize sequences.
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and customer service.
• Monitor real-time progress and adjust routes for disruptions.
• Ensure routes comply with hours of service and regulations.
• Generate reports on route performance and fuel use.
• Maintain route data in the TMS.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
