tabby is hiring a Risk Analyst to analyze risk performance and shape risk strategy across products. You’ll work with large datasets to identify trends, monitor portfolio performance, and support data-driven decisions balancing growth with risk discipline.

This role is cross-functional, requiring collaboration with data, product and engineering teams to ensure healthy portfolio performance. Remote/Spain with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of risk management or data analytics experience in fintech.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with consumer lending, digital wallets, or fintech risk models.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance and key risk indicators.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor risk metrics.
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams.
• Assist in designing and rolling out new risk policies.
• Support launches in new markets and verticals.
• Continuously improve risk management processes.
