Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Spain is seeking a Demand Planning, Staff Analyst to develop and manage demand forecasts for Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts. This role requires strong collaboration with commercial, finance, and supply chain teams and emphasizes analytical skills.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain. A remote work arrangement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in forecasting tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end regional demand plan for Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts.
• Analyze statistical/market forecasts with region-specific insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in the S&OP process for visibility to demand drivers.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including forecast accuracy and inventory health.
