Formación

• Spanish native and high-level English required.
• Experience maintaining and updating databases.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Highly organized with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication via telephone and email.
• Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Update reference databases with new products and changes, ensuring data quality and alignment with hierarchies.
• Identify required changes to the existing reference file.
• Collaborate with local offices to correct, delete, or add entries to complete reference files.
• Identify and resolve routine data issues.
• Perform quality control on maintained data and apply corrections.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
