Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Product Cybersecurity Architect to drive security across industrial product ranges. You will provide architecture expertise across multiple domains, help develop cybersecurity standards, and collaborate with development teams to strengthen product security by design.

The role requires deep knowledge of OT cybersecurity, threat modeling, and experience with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISO 27001. English fluency and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic background in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or engineering.
• Several years of experience in cybersecurity, product security, or OT cybersecurity in architect/lead role.
• Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the cybersecurity architectural framework for Siemens Energy products and solutions.
• Establish and uphold cybersecurity principles, standards, guardrails, and secure development practices aligned with industry standards.
• Translate business, regulatory, and customer requirements into secure, scalable architectural solutions.
• Lead Secure-by-Design initiatives across products, solutions, and engineering processes.
• Facilitate architecture/design reviews to ensure alignment with secure-by-design principles.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance to product development teams during design and implementation.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments at component, system and solution levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed cybersecurity requirements into roadmaps and development practices.
• Support cybersecurity certification, compliance and assessment activities (CRA, NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443).
