Siemens Energy is seeking a Software Architect OT to shape the Industrial Digital Foundation and Software-Defined Automation across DPS. You will guide architecture decisions, lead cross-portfolio standards, and drive scalable, secure solutions for industrial assets, edge platforms, and AI-enabled services.

The role requires deep OT expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into practical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in automation, electrical/control engineering, CS or software engineering.
• Extensive experience in industrial automation, software, or critical infrastructure is expected.
• Deep knowledge of OT, control systems, and industrial data.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and govern target architectures, principles, and standards for OT/edge across DPS.
• Establish shared asset, semantic, and state models for governance across engineering, ops, analytics, and AI.
• Decouple control applications from hardware while ensuring safety, cybersecurity, and lifecycle support.
• Define resilient architectures connecting assets, workloads, edge services, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
• Drive secure, multi-vendor OT/IT integration and open interoperability.
