XM is looking for a skilled professional to drive and innovate the roadmap for trading competitions. This role involves developing engaging formats, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in online trading or gaming platforms. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to design engagement mechanics and user interaction loops.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, incentives, and risk/reward dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the roadmap for trading competitions.
