A dynamic technology company in Madrid is seeking a Hybrid Product Designer/Product Manager to oversee UX/UI design for SaaS features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and automation, a robust portfolio, and the ability to balance design and product management tasks. This role offers the opportunity for full ownership of product design and potential growth into a leadership position within the team.

Formación

Hybrid Product Designer / Product Manager

This is a role. There will be weeks where you design full-time; We’re looking for someone who likes switching hats within the Product Designing scope.

This is not a “design task receiver” role. Design (50%)

Responsibilities

• Lead UX / UI for workflow-heavy SaaS features
• Run lightweight usability tests
• Produce demo videos for feature rollouts
• Run user interviews to inform design & roadmap

Qualifications

• Senior-ish product designer with SaaS depth
• Strong interaction and system design thinking
• Likes switching between design and product work
• Experience in AI / automation / data-heavy products
• Portfolio showing strong visual and UX range
• Full ownership of product design at an early stage
• High-impact role with room to grow into Head of Product Design
