Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to architect and oversee data pipelines that fuse genomics, clinical records, and biomarkers for AI training in precision medicine. This remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours and meaningful impact on research and patient care.

You will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineers to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and rigorous, transparent AI outputs across global projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale healthcare/genomics datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
• Strong foundation in data integration and governance.
• Ability to translate complex data into insights for scientific or clinical audiences.
• Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA/GDPR or equivalent).
• Comfortable working in a remote, async setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
• Lead analytical strategies that convert complex integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support
• Evaluate and improve how AI systems reason about genomic and clinical data, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve accuracy and rigor
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and meaningful communication of results
• Apply domain expertise to assess trustworthiness of AI outputs in healthcare contexts
