Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will define and enforce data governance standards for hospital health records used in AI training, ensuring accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance across clinical and operational data.

You will collaborate with clinical, IT, compliance, and analytics teams; improve data quality for AI model training; identify gaps in privacy and governance controls; and enable governed data

Qualifications

• Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data operations, or health data management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks - including HIPAA
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and systematic, with a track record of maintaining data quality at scale
• Clear and structured communicator who can translate complex data policies into actionable standards

About The Role
