Alignerr seeks a Precision Medicine Data Lead to design, evaluate, and optimize AI data pipelines. You will integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics frameworks to support precision medicine initiatives.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers autonomy and collaboration with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams. You’ll shape data-driven AI systems while maintaining regulatory alignment and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale healthcare/genomics datasets.
• Ability to translate complex biological/clinical data into insights.
• Familiarity with data governance and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics frameworks.
• Lead analytical strategies that transform integrated datasets into actionable insights for clinical decision support, research applications, and precision medicine initiatives.
• Assess AI-generated outputs related to healthcare and genomic data for scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical utility.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to both scientific and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule.
