In this role you will define data policies, enable secure data access, and collaborate across scientific, IT, compliance, and business teams to raise data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance programs in biotech, life sciences, or regulated data environments.

• Ability to bridge scientific, technical, and business teams to set data standards.

Responsibilities

• Govern biotech research and clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, lineage, and auditability.
• Define and enforce data policies for classification, access, security, and metadata across teams.
• Enable secure, governed access to data for analytics while protecting patient information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data standards, workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Identify gaps in data quality, traceability, and compliance—drive improvements.
• Support development of high-quality datasets for AI model training in life sciences.
