A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) to lead the strategic oversight of the global Artwork Transformation program. The successful candidate will have over 12 years of program management experience, including 5 in leadership, and expertise in PMO setup and governance, particularly within pharmaceutical settings. This remote role offers the opportunity to deliver measurable business impact through effective stakeholder management and program execution.

Formación

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in PMO setup and governance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical companies is a must.

Responsabilidades

  • Establish and operate a program management office that ensures disciplined execution.
  • Manage process harmonization, system modernization, and organizational redesign.
  • Set up and lead a transformation PMO for the artwork transformation program.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans and governance frameworks.
  • Lead preparation for governance forums including Steering Committees.
  • Act as a central coordination point between internal functions and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment of activities across all transformation tracks.
  • Define and monitor key transformation KPIs.
  • Create clear performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Change & Communication teams.
