Pliant is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d) to own AWS infra across multiple accounts, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and support a migration from ECS to EKS. You will work closely with product engineers, design robust IaC, and build Lambda functions in Go and Python.

You will report to the Head of Platform Infrastructure and participate in on-call rotations, while leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to ship features. Remote-friendly with flexible work options.

Formación

• 5+ years in platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong production AWS experience at scale.
• Terraform proficiency with state migrations and drift.
• Experience with Spacelift or similar IaC orchestration tool.
• Kubernetes experience running production workloads at scale, ECS to EKS migration.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions at scale, reusable workflows.
• Observability with Datadog—monitors, dashboards, and SLOs.
• High Python proficiency for internal tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own infra domains end to end from design through build, operations, and on call.
• Run Terraform modules across dev, staging, prod, and PCI accounts via Spacelift.
• Maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for Java/Kotlin microservices with reusable workflows and matrices.
• Build Lambda functions in Go and Python for metrics, secrets, IAM, and events.
• Set up Datadog monitors and dashboards to surface issues early.
• Manage IAM, KMS, and PCI SOC2 controls with minimal tickets.
• Participate in on call rotations.
• Use AI coding tools daily to ship features.
