Covera Health is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist for the Medmo team to guide patients through imaging scheduling, from referral to appointment, ensuring access to high-quality, affordable imaging with compassionate support.

Fluency in Spanish is required, and you will work remotely with flexible hours, collaborating with providers and imaging centers to remove barriers to care and improve the patient experience.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a call center, patient services, or other high-volume customer-facing role.
• Spanish fluency (written and spoken) required.
• Healthcare, clinical, patient scheduling, or related industry experience preferred.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Guide patients through the imaging scheduling process with a seamless, supportive experience from referral to appointment.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and imaging centers to ensure timely access to high quality imaging.
• Answer questions, resolve issues proactively, and remove barriers delaying care.
• Meet and exceed performance goals while maintaining high standards of quality and empathy.
• Become an expert in Covera Health/Medmo products, workflows, and processes as the platform evolves.
• Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and share insights with leaders across teams.
