Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Oncology Clinical Researcher to ensure AI models trained on oncology data reflect real-world clinical, regulatory, and scientific standards. This fully remote, flexible contract role lets you contribute expert judgment to AI-driven research workflows on your own schedule.

You will design and evaluate trial protocols, analyze oncology data including safety and biomarker results, and translate findings into regulatory submissions consistent with FDA/EMA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing oncology trials from protocol through data readout.
• Strong analytical skills with oncology data, including endpoints, safety, and biomarkers.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory submission standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate oncology trial protocols, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical standards
• Analyze cancer trial data — including safety outcomes, efficacy endpoints, and biomarker results — to assess treatment performance
• Translate trial findings into regulatory and scientific reports consistent with FDA/EMA submission standards
• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical insights for accuracy, scientific validity, and regulatory alignment
• Help shape how frontier AI models understand and reason about real-world oncology data
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
