Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee operational execution of clinical trials in AI-driven healthcare research. This fully remote, hourly-contract role is built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who want meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and forecasting across vendors and CROs, coordinate with sites and internal teams, and identify risks early.

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on target
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners

• Clear and concise communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around shared goals

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools, clinical data platforms, or digital health research
• Background in regulatory affairs, clinical data management, or GCP compliance
