Jobgether SRL in Spain seeks an experienced Offensive Security Engineer to simulate sophisticated attacks on cloud platforms and AI infrastructure.

You will own red team engagements, build custom tooling in Python/Go, and collaborate with blue teams to harden defenses across GPU clusters and model-serving pipelines.

Remote-first with flexible work arrangements and equity opportunities, you’ll influence security practices across a large-scale AI platform and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in offensive security, red teaming or similar.
• Hands-on cloud-native attack experience with Kubernetes and virtualization.
• Ability to develop custom tooling in Python/Go and report findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute full-scope red team engagements across cloud compute, storage, networking, and tooling.
• Automate security validations and reduce manual analysis for high-impact scenarios.
• Produce actionable reports for technical teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with blue teams to validate detections and close gaps.
• Research novel attacks on GPU infrastructure and AI platform services.
• Develop post-exploitation capabilities to scale security testing.
• Establish and improve red team processes and operating practices.
