Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Mathematics Experts (Masters or PhD) to help train advanced AI models with rigorous mathematical reasoning. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role for academics and researchers who want flexible, task-based work.

Develop and review complex mathematical problems, apply algebra, calculus, statistics, and discrete math, and evaluate AI-generated reasoning for depth and clarity. English fluency and precise communication are essential; 10–40 hours per week, with flexible

Qualifications

Holder of a Masters or PhD in Mathematics or closely related field.
Deep fluency in core areas: algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete math.
Comfortable using Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop, solve, and review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance and rigorous structure.
Apply expertise in algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete mathematics to design complex problem sets.
Evaluate AI-generated mathematical reasoning for correctness, depth, and clarity.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to strengthen model performance.
Ensure mathematical rigor and precision across all deliverables.
