Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity or related field with genuine interest in AI security.
• Familiar with threat modeling concepts applied to software systems, APIs, or emerging technologies.
• Analytically sharp with attacker mindset and defender documentation.
• Curiosity about edge cases, unintended behaviors, and complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AI and LLM security scenarios to understand behavior under adversarial, unexpected, or edge-case conditions.
• Investigate prompt injection attacks, data leakage risks, model abuse patterns, and system misuse cases.
• Classify security vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations based on impact and likelihood.
• Evaluate AI system behavior and contribute findings to improve model safety and reliability.
• Work with realistic, high-stakes scenarios from frontier AI deployment.
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your schedule.
