Tether is seeking a proactive Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing design function. The role involves managing workflows, ensuring thorough coordination between teams, and delivering high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in marketing project management, excellent organizational skills, and a strong command of English. Familiarity with CMS platforms and the ability to work with global teams are preferred.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management or similar role.
• Demonstrated success leading website and digital product launches.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end workflow for marketing design projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Development.
• Oversee website launches and updates along with design coordination.
• Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency.

Conocimientos

Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross‑functional teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational skills

Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows

Experience in marketing project management

Background in tech, finance, or infrastructure-related industries

Italian or Spanish fluency
