Mercor is seeking a Corporate/M&A Lawyer for a Spain-based, contract role. The position is remote with an approximate commitment of 10 hours and pay ranging from $140 to $150 per hour.

Candidates must be qualified to practise in Spain with 2+ years in corporate/M&A or transactional practice and fluent Spanish with precise written communication. The work involves evaluating AI-generated Spanish law responses and providing concise feedback. NDA applies and AI evaluation tasks are involved.

Competenze

• 2+ years in corporate/M&A or transactional practice (preferably law firm).
• Strong command of Spanish corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent Spanish with precise written communication.
• Ability to work independently to a rubric and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to Spanish law questions using two AI platforms.
• Compare outputs from both platforms and score against a rubric.
• Provide concise written feedback to each evaluation to improve model performance.
• Collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet deadlines and improve processes.
