MergerCircle, a tech-enabled buy-side M&A advisory, is hiring an M&A Associate to own project delivery, lead client conversations, and supervise a small team from anywhere in Western Europe.

This 100% remote role requires French fluency (C1) and business English, occasional travel, and CET hours. You will manage outreach, target management dialogues, and ensure high-quality screening before client review.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in M&A, private equity, transaction services, strategy consulting or audit.
• French fluency (C1) and business English proficiency required.
• Experience with deal sourcing/origination is a plus.
• Comfort leading client calls and discussions.
• Ability to supervise analysts or data specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of client mandates end to end from search to introductions.
• Lead outreach and qualification conversations in French and English with target management teams.
• Supervise one or two analysts or data specialists on projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements with the Tech team.
