Job summary

Iwantic is seeking a security professional to join our offensive security team in a 100% remote role. You will participate in attack automation development, perform web/app/desktop pentests, and conduct vulnerability assessments with a focus on practical remediation guidance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hands-on offensive security experience, scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell), and certifications such as OSCP, PNPT, or eJPT. Travel up to 20% across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or Higher Technical Education is valued.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Offensive Security (pentesting, vulnerability management, exploit development, etc.).
• Experience writing basic scripts in languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
• Proficiency in standard industry tools like Burp Suite, Nmap, etc.
• Certifications: OSCP, CPTS, PNPT, eCPPT, eJPT, CRTP, or CompTIA PenTest+.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (maximum 20%).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the creation and maintenance of attack automations.
• Conducting various penetration tests (Applications, Web, Desktop, OS Internals, etc.).
• Performing vulnerability assessments (10-20%).
• Proposing actionable recommendations for incident response, threat mitigation, and vulnerability remediation.
