RDN CONS is seeking Italian-speaking customer support specialists to start or develop a career with an international team in Greece. No prior experience is required and a fully paid relocation is provided. You will work remotely from Greece and receive comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good level of English (B2 or higher)
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• No previous professional experience required
• Willingness to relocate to Greece

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with their questions and requests via phone, email and chat
• Provide support through internal systems and digital tools
• Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries
• Resolve basic issues and guide customers toward the right solution
• Maintain a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
• Work alongside an international team

Education
