Roche in Sant Cugat del Vallès seeks an Agile Product Owner to bridge business value and digital learning solutions. You will help design, deliver, and evolve learning platforms that delight external customers and internal users alike.

You’ll collaborate with Dev, UX, QA, and IT architects to translate a broad business vision into crisp user stories, prioritise the backlog by ROI, and monitor data, SLAs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement after launch.

Formación

• 3–5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; CSPO/PSPO preferred.
• Strong understanding of learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP).
• Experience managing digital platforms for external clients.
• Ability to build data-driven business cases and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Translate broad business vision into crisp, actionable user stories for Dev, UX, and QA teams.
• Prioritize the backlog based on data, ROI, and business value.
• Collaborate with IT architects to ensure scalable end-to-end learning data flows.
• Monitor support data, SLAs, and feedback to drive post-launch improvements.
