This contract role focuses on fundraising materials, LP communications, market research, and diligence with a client-service mindset. You’ll write extensively and collaborate with a US-based team in a fast-moving environment.

Remote, worldwide. Expect rigorous analysis, market sizing, and coordination of deal materials; familiarity with term sheets and cap tables is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in VC, investment banking, consulting, startup ops or a founder’s office
• Direct exposure to fundraising, investor relations or LP communications
• Exceptional written English and credibility on calls with senior investors; writing is a primary filter
• Solid base in financial modeling, market sizing, competitive analysis and accounting fundamentals
• AI-native: fluent in Claude, ChatGPT, Notion and no-code automations; Excel/PowerPoint/Google Workspace

Aufgaben

• Fundraising and LP support: draft LP updates, recaps and outreach; keep LP pipeline current; build fund decks and newsletters
• Research and diligence: build market maps, thematic research, investment theses; run primary research calls; support market sizing, benchmarking, financial analysis and memos
• Deal support: coordinate diligence, data requests and document tracking; keep deal materials, term sheets and cap tables current
• Written communication: turn meetings into accurate recaps and draft materials for LPs, founders and co-investors
