Job summary

G-Star RAW is offering a Content Creator internship to learn content management with our CMS and support the world’s iconic denim brand. You will be part of a flexible, talented team and gain hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok).

You will work full-time for 6 months starting in November/December 2026, with a €400 monthly allowance, a clothing budget, and options to work from home two days per week plus two paid leave days per month.

Qualifications

• Passionate about digital storytelling across customer services.
• Excellent writing with varied styles and tones.
• Strong researching skills from reputable sources.

Responsibilities

• Edit and update content on G-STAR site and App (FAQs, how-to articles).
• Create and edit content for digital platforms for internal/external audiences.
• Turn complex information into clear, user-friendly content for customers and teams.
• Manage content life cycle and update/archive as needed.
• Respond to feedback and update or create content as required.
• Create/update training and internal knowledge articles.
• Manage content projects end-to-end and handle basic customer escalations.
• Support community management by monitoring online conversations.
• Set up and own a feedback program to drive improvements.
