The candidate should have a PhD or MSc in Life Sciences, 2–5 years in preclinical imaging, and be fluent in English, with travel up to 50–70% across Europe.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years hands‑on preclinical imaging experience.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer training for installed systems and develop learning materials.
• Troubleshoot imaging and application issues with practical recommendations.
• Demonstrate instruments and software at customer sites and conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to provide scientific training and support.
• Present scientific seminars, workshops and webinars.
• Contribute to tender responses and proof‑of‑concept evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and opinion leaders to ensure successful adoption.
• Capture customer feedback and relay to Product Management and R&D.
