Job summary

Expenti is seeking an iGaming Platform Quality Engineer on a fully remote, 6-month contract with occasional travel to Málaga, Spain. You will own QA across backend platform services, focusing on iGaming features, integrations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include designing test strategies, automating validations, and maintaining regression suites. Collaboration with engineering, product, and operations will be essential to ensure production readiness and zero-defect quality.

Qualifications

• Experience testing backend platforms in regulated iGaming, payments, fintech, or other high-transaction environments.
• Familiarity with iGaming wallet and transactional flows including debit, credit, rollback, refunds, retries, and idempotency.
• Experience with contract testing and API automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy and quality assurance for backend platform services and operator/vendor integrations.
• Design and execute API, integration, end-to-end, regression, and contract testing.
• Validate iGaming features such as game launch, session management, wallet interactions, and currency/ jurisdiction rules.
• Test operator and aggregator integrations, including authentication, configuration, error handling, and retries.
• Validate third-party/vendor integrations for happy paths and failure scenarios.
• Build and maintain automated regression suites using Playwright and related tools.
