Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The role is Spain-based with remote/hybrid flexibility and targets biostatisticians or data scientists applying clinical evidence to reimbursement decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with programming of analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure quality and clarity of generated outputs.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, HTA bodies.
