Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work. The role focuses on statistical programming to support health technology assessment dossiers and market access activities in Germany, ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists.

You will develop analyses for Module 4, perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons, ensure reproducible workflows, and collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy and safety.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and related HTA bodies.
