Ethos is seeking experienced health system operations analysts to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own patient throughput and service line performance work, and you will create models and briefing materials used by hospital executives.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours, typically 5–20 hours per week, and compensation at $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign with direct ownership of throughput/work.
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated health system documents, spreadsheets, and decks across core workflows.
• Develop staffing, throughput, and performance models used to brief hospital leadership.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and data visualizations for hospital leaders.
