Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Head of Procurement to build and lead a global procurement function from the ground up. You will own the strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations across a fast-growing, international connectivity business with 200+ destinations.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement with product and growth goals, drive cost savings, and ensure service quality, reliability, and business continuity in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in a fast-growing tech/scale-up environment.
• Proven experience building procurement functions, policies and vendor management processes.
• Strong expertise in international contract negotiations for complex services.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global procurement strategy to support international expansion.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom and connectivity partners.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies, processes and vendor risk frameworks.
• Analyze and optimize global supplier spend for cost savings and service quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics across 200+ destinations.
• Create scalable vendor management workflows and governance.
• Align procurement priorities with finance, product and operations.
• Develop processes to handle increasing complexity and growth.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and procurement decisions.
• Establish procurement as a strategic function contributing to profitability and resilience.
