Formación

• 4+ years of relevant active recruitment experience, including global recruitment in the last 2–3 years.
• Experience in recruiting for a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition / Staffing within international companies or agencies is a plus.

• Full-cycle recruitment for roles from Junior to Senior level.
• Develop tailored candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Create interview questions and evaluation forms.
