Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, collaborative professional to help run administrative operations across our growing set of offices. You will steer acquisitions-related HR workstreams, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape exceptional onboarding and offboarding experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream and due diligence on local requirements.
• Steer the people side of extraordinary administrative operations including acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings, and share option plans.
• Stay up to date with workplace laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across our organizations with external consultants.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement excellent employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
• Manage job offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end, including visa support and administrative updates, while enabling automation and AI-enabled tools.
