Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to shape and manage global administrative operations as part of our expanding team. The role focuses on acquisitions, reorganizations, and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions while driving elegant, AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead onboarding/offboarding, visa support, and welfare initiatives within small, autonomous teams, with generous relocation and learning support as part of our growth-forces culture.

Formación

• Ability to reason from first principles and structure ideas clearly.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the administrative workstream for new office launches and due diligence.
• Lead people side of administrative operations across acquisitions and reorganizations.
• Maintain compliance with workplace laws across jurisdictions with external advisors.
• Develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage offers, onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including visa support and automation.
