Scopely is looking for a Producer to join our Marketing team, Flamed, in our Barcelona office on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do

• Help coordinate the production and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet quality expectations, and stay aligned with production priorities.
• Partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Leads, and cross‑functional teams to deliver a high volume of creative projects.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of 2D and 3D assets for marketing and in‑game content.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Support internal teams and external creative partners by organizing workloads and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate asset reviews, approvals, and feedback cycles.
• Maintain clear communication between stakeholders throughout the production process.
• Help identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating them when appropriate.
• Ensure creative assets are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high quality standard.
• Contribute to improving production workflows, tools, and processes.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, creative production, or project management within creative services, advertising, marketing, or game development.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating creative asset production is a plus.
• Passion for video games and creative production.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in the video games or mobile games industry is a plus.
