We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to steer architecture, coding, and DevOps across innovative products in a flexible work environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive XP practices, and collaborate with product owners to translate complex requirements into robust technical strategies.

Formación

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6+ years of full-stack development experience
• 6+ years in Java and Spring
• 2+ years front-end development with React
• Experience with TDD/BDD using JUnit/Jasmine/Mockito/Protractor or Selenium
• 2+ years with microservices (Spring Boot/Cloud) and DevOps (Jenkins)
• Experience with cloud/hybrid solutions and Kubernetes
• Excellent English - verbal and written

Responsabilidades

• Guide, mentor, and grow the team of full-stack engineers
• Lead architectural design and technical direction for scalable applications
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing (TDD/BDD), CI/CD and DevOps
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical strategies
• Develop and deploy end-to-end full-stack solutions, including remote pairing
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance
