N-iX CTO Group seeks an Engineering Manager to guide partners through digital transformation, application modernization, and large-scale technology programs. You will oversee engineering delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring technical excellence and business value.

Ideal candidates are seasoned technology leaders with a consulting mindset, capable of managing complexity and building high-performing teams that drive client success. Flexible hours to align with global teams are available.

Formación

• 9+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise modernization and digital transformation programs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, API-first).
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, and ERP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted advisor to client technology executives on digital transformation and modernization.
• Shape and steer digital transformation and modernization programs with clients.
• Translate business goals into technology roadmaps, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Lead engineering delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor and grow senior engineering leaders, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Shape solutions and technical strategy for complex engagements.
• Support presales activities by shaping solutions and technical strategy.
