Launchmetrics is seeking a Software Development Engineer to shape Discover, the area for monitoring brand presence and benchmarking performance. You’ll work on AI‑led features and advanced analytics to empower customers across media, influencers, and celebrities.

Join a global team building state‑of‑the‑art applications hosted in the cloud. You’ll collaborate across product, design and QA to deliver reliable, scalable features with a focus on code quality and maintainability.

Formación

• Master degree in Computer Science and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in full‑stack SaaS development with Agile methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development workflows (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot).
• Strong expertise with React.
• Experience building a RESTful API, or GraphQL API.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake or ElasticSearch.
• Good understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and lifecycle management in large‑scale distributed data systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to building new features from initial architecture choices to marketable products.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve existing features by fixing defects and modernizing the stack.
• Act as a frontend expert, leveraging React and Redux to guide best practices.
• Architect efficient database schemas for new implementations or improvements.
• Work with product, design and QA to define user requirements and translate into features.
• Promote code quality through well‑architected code and unit tests.
• Drive AI‑led improvements across the tech stack, tooling and documentation.
• Refactor and optimize for better efficiency and reduced complexity.
