Launchmetrics is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer for remote/hybrid work, based in Spain/Italy/France/Romania. You will build scalable backend with PHP/Laravel and MySQL, craft React frontends, design robust APIs, and own code reviews and tests.

Expect collaboration with product/design and a focus on scalable cloud-native systems. You will work with AI-assisted development tools, maintain documentation, and help define internal standards while working in a pod-driven organization that

Formación

• 5+ years in full-stack SaaS development.
• Strong PHP/Laravel and MySQL experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Proficient in modern bundling tools (Vite/Esbuild/Webpack).
• Fluent English; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build backend using PHP 8+/Laravel and MySQL.
• Develop frontend components with React and modern tooling.
• Design and maintain robust RESTful APIs.
• Lead code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Write tests and ensure code quality and performance.
• Document APIs and system architecture; maintain dependencies.
