Key duties include proactive outreach by phone, email, and chat; negotiating solutions; and collaborating with other teams to improve processes and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or similar retention roles.
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
• Familiarity with billing inquiries and payment issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage cancellation requests with a focus on retention.
• Oversee billing and collections; proactively contact customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and propose account upgrades.
• Assist customers with billing questions via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with teams to report issues and suggest improvements.
