Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in top-tier consulting or equivalent strategic roles within Life Sciences.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects, managing teams, and developing client relationships.
• Strong expertise across pharma, biotech, medtech, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• University degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and ambition to build and scale a practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee high-impact consulting engagements across Life Sciences in Iberia, with C-level and senior executives as trusted advisors.
• Drive opportunity identification, proposals, and expansion of client relationships; shape Iberia growth strategy.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams; contribute to knowledge development, thought leadership, and asset creation.
• Collaborate with global Life Sciences teams to reinforce Bip’s leadership and international initiatives.
