An innovative technology firm is building a freelance Cybersecurity Talent Pool in Spain. We seek experienced Cybersecurity Engineers and Consultants for remote roles focusing on protecting IT infrastructures and cloud environments against modern threats. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in English, and must be located in Spain. This role includes collaboration on international projects and offers long-term potential.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience in one or more areas: Cloud Security, Network Security, Application Security, or SOC Operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, Firewalls, IDS / IPS, or endpoint protection.
• Experience with incident response, audits or compliance frameworks.
• Higher professional education, working and thinking level.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills, minimum B2 level.
• Candidates must be located in Spain.
• EXTRA: certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP or CompTIA Security are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform security assessments, audits and penetration tests across infrastructure.
• Monitor, detect and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Implement and maintain security tools such as SIEM and firewalls.
• Collaborate with teams to improve security in CI / CD pipelines.
• Support compliance and risk management efforts such as ISO27001 and GDPR.
• Provide recommendations for security architecture and processes.
• Contribute to automation and tooling for threat detection.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and best practices.
